Our busiest months are October, November and December, when even the dog helps out!

Rooftop Post is a British business based in the North of England (UK).

Although our Christmas letters are fresh and original, they are also influenced by our principal writer's childhood - combining myths and legends from both England and Wales.

Initially Rooftop Post began its life in 2002 as an idea put together by Leone Annabella Betts, but these days a number of different creative people contribute to its growth. We thank them all!

This website, a product of the hard work of many members of our team, acts as a shop window for our magical personalised letters from Father Christmas and a place for our customers to visit to find new stories, puzzles and colouring-in pages for their children. Click here to explore these.

In the grand scale of things commercial, we're a small business, a David amidst the Goliaths of the Santa-letter world.

What being a family business means in real terms is that everyone here has learnt about every element of our work. Our artists can add up and our IT staff can wield a paintbrush! We can all make the tea and we all prepare orders during the Christmas period. Customers have commented many times about how useful it is to have someone who knows what they're talking about when they contact us. Basically, we're a friendly, hard working lot, who value every customer and care about every order we send out.
