Shipping & Delivery

• What does shipping/delivery cost?
  UK shipping is free - we don't charge for delivery to destinations within the UK. We send orders to destinations outside the UK via Royal Mail's Airmail service, and we cannot give exact prices, as they depend on the weight of an order. However, you can calculate a shipping estimation from your shopping cart before paying.
  
  Here is a rough guide of approximate charges:
  
  Within the UK - Free
  Europe - £2.00
  Rest of World - £3.00

• How long will my order take to arrive?
  All orders are despatched within 7 days of ordering - but as Christmas draws nearer, we get them made up and sent to you as quickly as we possibly can. In December, all orders placed before our last ordering dates are sent in plenty of time to arrive for Christmas. That said, we may postpone posting a letter if we are concerned that the address you have given us is incorrect or incomplete, in order to avoid it getting lost. • What shipping/postal service do you use?
  All orders are despatched using the UK postal service, Royal Mail. Letters are all sent as first class post, or, to addresses outside the UK, via Airmail. We do not offer special delivery or recorded delivery.

• Who should you write to about delivery problems?
  We hope you have a problem free shipping experience, but if you do encounter difficulties or your order doesn't arrive, you can use the contact page on this site to get in touch, making sure you give us a contact telephone number in case we need to call you.
